1. Return & Replacement Policy
1.1 Replacement Eligibility
This item qualifies for a free replacement within 3 days of delivery if you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
If any of the above issues occur, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Replacement or Exchange Product Will Be Delivered within 4-5 Days
1.2 Open Box Video Requirement
If you receive a damaged or defective product, it is mandatory to record an open-box video while opening the parcel.
Please share the open box video and clear photos of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
This helps us verify the issue quickly and process the replacement faster.
1.3 Fragile Product Handling
Our lighting products are fragile decorative items. However, with many years of experience in professional packaging and secure shipping, we take every possible measure to ensure zero breakage during transit.
In the rare case that any part arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will send free replacement parts as soon as possible.
1.4 Return for Refund
Customers may request a return for a full refund within 3 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refund Will Be Credited Within 7-8 Days in Original Source of Payment method.
The product must be returned in:
- Original condition
- Original manufacturer packaging
- Brand outer box
- MRP tags attached
- User manual
- All original accessories
Failure to return the product in original condition may result in rejection of the return request.
1.5 Return Shipping Process
Return pickup service may not be available in some locations.
In such cases:
- Customers must send the product back via India Post or a reliable courier service.
- The seller will bear one-way shipping charges.
- The customer will bear return courier charges.
1.6 Size / Weight / Expectation Issues
Customers are requested to carefully review product specifications such as size, weight, and design before placing the order.
If a product is returned due to:
- Size not as expected
- Weight not as expected
- Personal preference
Then the customer will be responsible for all courier charges.
1.7 Return Approval
Return eligibility will be determined after discussion with the customer, and the final decision will be made by Swanart.in.
2. Advance Payment & Cash on Delivery Policy
To ensure genuine orders and reduce fake COD bookings, Swanart follows a partial advance payment system.
2.1 Order Confirmation
Customers are required to pay 10% advance payment at the time of placing the order.
This confirms the order and allows us to begin processing, packaging, and shipping preparation.
2.2 Cash on Delivery Payment
The remaining 90% of the order value must be paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) when the parcel is delivered.
2.3 Non-Refundable Advance
The 10% advance payment is non-refundable in the following situations:
- Customer refuses to accept the parcel
- Parcel is returned due to customer unavailability
- Customer cancels the order after shipment
- Incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer
This advance helps cover shipping, packaging, and operational costs incurred in processing the order.
2.4 Order Acceptance
By placing an order and paying the 10% advance, the customer agrees to:
- Accept the shipment
- Pay the remaining 90% COD amount at delivery
2.5 Delivery Responsibility
Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and complete the Cash on Delivery payment.
