I bought the Crystal Golden variant of the chandelier. The packaging was done properly with well cushioning. The chandelier looks amazing and has exponentially increased the overall look of my house. The package has everything in it except the lights. There are no lights provided with the package. The only bad thing is the manual that gets provided. It is just a single page with 4 bullet points. It's practically of no use. So when you assemble the chandelier yourself it could easily take somewhere 4-5 hours.Overall, a great value for money product, amazingly beautiful.
Good durability, Value for money, average size, elegant appearance, easy to install. Overall best quality 👌 thanx
Overall condition is good.Size of the chandlier is ideal for a normal house
Excellent Quality and look.

I am happy with Quality and packing of product. There is no manual provided it took 4-5hours to assemble this then I found that bulbs are missing. Also the top blows are not fitting they can drop easily. I think some parts are missing. They should mention the no of parts.Disappointed with missing bulb and instruction manual.Raised query with customer support wiating for there reply. It will take 4-5 for there investigation. My zoomber is half cooked for now..
The design is impressive, and the quality stands out. I’m highly satisfied with it!. Only need is a tutorial video for installation.

The chandelier came in two layers of cardboard packaging. No damage the exterior packaging. 10/10.Inside packaging had plastic wraps. The only negative was there were lot of broken pieces of thermocol which got spread across the room after opening the cardboard box. 7/10There are lots of small and medium crystals and chains ⛓️ that require good amount of time to fix to the glass pieces. As more crystals are fitted to the glass parts, the weight will keep increasing. Everything is glass. So, we need to be very careful and handle with extreme care. All parts were packed well so no damages were found. 10/10.I did the assembly of the crystal pieces to the chains and to the glass by myself. It took me over 4 hours. That was 80% completed. It makes sense as that’s where the beauty of a chandelier lies. 10/10My electrician did the wiring thing and hanging to the ceiling. My verdict is:Just go for it if you need a beautiful looking chandelier for your room. You cannot be disappointed with beautiful design. This is for the seller. There were 4 screws that were missing which my electrician told during the installation. So, please make a note.
Looks good , but is slightly on expensive side
Jumer quality but bulp not dilvery without bulp diver 😏
The product is excellent with old world charm. It’s a nightmare to assemble this thing but then totally worth the efforts.
Received a huge box containing the item....well packed and neat.....on opening layers of boxes, found beautiful pieces of glass bowls and other parts that would once assembled take the form of the lovely and elegant chandellier I so wished to have. Whether my electrician will be able to put the jig saw puzzle together is yet to be seen. Some instructions would have been a blessing.....Am a bit disappointed with the bulbs not being included. So the discounted rate that one feels so happy about is really an eye wash! Because I found other sellers offering the same piece including the bulbs with a Rs. 1000 difference in price. So I guess the discounted amount is for the missing bulbs. Anyway, waiting for the final installation to happen to be able to give a better review. In the meantime trying to decipher the jig saw puzzle!! Needed 2 persons to assemble the piece. Every single tiny piece was seperate and took 4 long hours for the electrician to put the decorative pieces/ornaments together. Once that was done installation was simple. Needs patience and good electrician. The damage was to the tune of Rs. 2500/ for the labour and time for installing this along with a matching wall chandellier bought from a different seller on Amazon. Nonetheless happy with the piece..... All's well that ends well! Looks elegant, but did not receive the rings to put the danglers as shown in pic. Had to refashion it. Contacted the seller and got an amazing response. The seller immediately sent the missing parts. Very helpful and honest seller.
Very good, easy assembly. Looks rich and classy. Blubs not included.
